健保議題╱在英國開刀 想活命就要能等

以蘇格蘭為例，根據格拉斯哥大城的最近統計資料顯示，骨科掛號病人名單已經累積到一萬多人，平均等待時間都超過半年；耳鼻喉科病人的手術應診時間也很不樂觀，平均等個十四個月是「很正常的」；英格蘭方面也好不到哪裡去，一個被懷疑有癌症的病患，抹片結果通知居然要等上半年。
