【記者魏怡嘉╱台北報導】健保ＩＣ卡去年七月上路，健保局一再對外宣稱藉由ＩＣ卡的即時上傳，可遏止逛醫院及醫療浪費，事實不然，醫界爆料指出，一位澎老先生，在ＩＣ卡上路後，仍天天逛醫院，一年竟領九千多天份量的藥品，健保局在澎老先生逛醫院二年後才發現，算算澎老先生二年內至少領走一百多萬的健保藥。
