（略）醫療案件的報導雖往往未審先判，但極易拉抬媒體「包青天」或「為民喉舌」的形象，也助長部分媒體為求閱報率、收視率而預設議題走向，將單純醫療事件，鋪陳編排成醫療疏失的偏差心態。
